Flexible solutions for multi-brand compressor maintenance
RefSupport
A new life for your old compressor
RefPower provides maintenance and repair services for multi-brand semi-hermetic screw and reciprocating compressors. Thanks to the company’s latest-generation technologies and a team of highly qualified technicians with more than ten years of experience in the refrigeration industry, RefPower is able to respond quickly to service requests, carrying out on-site inspections upon request and conducting a preliminary diagnosis of the equipment to be repaired.
Maintenance and repair activities are performed using original spare parts for each compressor brand. All operations are completed with the sharing of a detailed test report, including the results of leak tests and functional tests carried out on a calorimetric test bench at the end of the repair process.
RefSpare
The right spare part from the right people
RefPower supplies spare parts for multi-brand screw and reciprocating compressors.
Thanks to extensive field experience and in depthknowledge of compressor design, assembly, and spare parts, RefPower’s team is able to guide customers towards the solution that best fits their specific needs.
Every spare part is checked by RefPower’s Quality Department before delivery, carefully packaged, and, when required, supplied with comprehensive installation instructions. Upon request, RefPower technicians also provide support for spare parts installation.
RefTrain
Our experience increases your knowledge
RefPower provides specialized training for the servicing of multi-brand semi-hermetic screw and reciprocating compressors, as well as for inverters integrated into screw compressors.
Thanks to the extensive experience gained over decades and passed on to its operators, RefPower is able to organize theoretical and practical training sessions, including customized refresher courses, in dedicated facilities equipped with specialized tools. These programs are designed for service center personnel and OEMs.
Upskilling is recognized through the issuance of a Certificate of Attendance, accompanied by a technical toolkit that can be directly applied to field operations. The knowledge and skills acquired during RefPower training sessions enables technicians to operate equipment efficiently and to solve — or even prevent — many of the issues that may occur within a refrigeration system.
RefCycle
Since its foundation, RefPower has been driven by sustainability policies and inspired by a circular economy model: from environmental impact assessment to the decarbonization of facilities and production processes, from waste reduction to the promotion of reuse.
Within this responsible approach, RefPower has developed a range of services to support customers and partners in embracing greener solutions.
RefPower provides innovative services and technologies aimed at the decarbonization of the refrigeration cycle.
Repair, collection, and disposal of used multi-brand compressors
RefPower repairs damaged compressors through the expertise of highly specialized technicians.
Customers receive a preliminary assessment of the compressor’s condition before proceeding with any repair work commences.
Any disposal of non-recoverable compressors is carried out in compliance with current regulations and with total respect for the environment.
Sale of refurbished multi-brand compressors
RefPower collects and refurbishes multi-brand compressors. All overhauled or regenerated compressors are tested on a calorimetric test bench using refrigerant, ensuring that compressors are reintroduced to the market with performance levels equivalent to new equipment.
Energy efficiency improvement for refrigeration systems
RefPower offers energy efficiency solutions for HVAC and refrigeration systems by replacing fixed-speed screw compressors with innovative compressors featuring integrated inverters from PALLADIO COMPRESSORS®.
These compressors — which also include the patented continuous slide valve management technology — chillers are able to operate constantly at the point of maximum thermodynamic efficiency and minimum energy consumption, reducing operating costs and mitigating the environmental impact of refrigeration systems.
